Computer Learning by Remote Assistance
Basically how the remote system works, is I connect to your computer by remote, either through a free service or using the Windows Desktop Remote Assistance.
I can see your screen on my computer, I can see your mouse movements, and you can see my mouse movements.
We communicate by phone. I call you, and if you have a speaker phone or hands free, that would work even better, so you have your hands available to do the work.
The lesson plan is based on what you want to learn. For example if you want to learn how to do labels in Microsoft Word, then I create the instructions, email them to you, and we set up a remote session, in which we have a hands on exercise.
I walk you through the process in simple easy to understand steps.
A tutored remote session is 2 hours long, to cover all the necessary questions and answers, and to do the exercise.
